"Love is the hardest lesson in Christianity; but, for that reason, it should be most of our care to learn it. Those things are most difficult which are most beautiful." ~ William Penn
I don't know what's wrong with you kids nowadays! All these music videos look so... bad... evil... yucky... phooey. Now Elvis Presley was a kid who could really cut a rug! And what about that nice Karen Carpenter... what a voice! These people make my skin crawl cause they don't look like me. Really though... so dark... you'd think with as much money as they're making, they would look happier... that just shows to go ya, money wont make you happy... just dark and creepy.
what a mom response.... :) I had planned on typing up an analysis to go with the video, but I've been to busy for it. Maybe I'll get a chance to work on that tomorrow. There's actually a lot of interesting discussion that goes in hand with the lyrics and ideas of this song, the song even more than the video itself. It's good stuff, after the process of discernment is completed.
MOM RESPONSE # 2 I would think if you put the kind of time you put into this blog into your homework they would name the place after you... (that and if you gave them a lot of money.) Maybe they should call them BOGS instead of BLOGS cause everybody gets so bogged down in writing them that they can't function in real life. (Am I un-hipping your BLOG... sorry) Ignore the crazy unbogged woman behind the curtain!
I sooo don't spend much time on this thing at all... you can tell by the amount of time I let pass in between blogs. And by the way, this blog is already "un-hip" so really you're just fitting in. However, I won't deny your craziness... I love you! Thanks for commenting so much, making me feel all special and what-not. Talk to you later!
This computer is making me sign in anonymously again! Making you feel special!?! Why, you're the most special person ever! (Don't let the other kids see this!) You have so much going on between your ears that I am frightened now. From now on when we are talking I will be secretly wondering if I should take you in for shock therapy. How do you even have that many thoughts and function? Please don't go crazy first!
You have not added to your blog lately. The blog police are going to wonder what has happened to their prettiest agent! Write a light and fluffy one for me. Think cotton candy :)
OK you crazy daughter and grand. Grammy is here! Watch out! From your comments dear daughter, I am happy that the sound doesn't work on my computer anymore, I would probably have to delete real quick. About that picture Kala, what happened to the sweet grand that lived with me that wore nothing but eye make up and lip gloss. You look very nice. I love you either way. Grammy

Don't tell Grammy it was all a ruse and you are secretly a "bad girl!" If she knew about the pink lipstick and one inch heels she would flip!
Hello, is this thing on? Kala, how many times have I told you to neglect your homework and pay more attention to your blog?!
hah!
:)
"Bad girl", not so much.
"Sad girl" because sometimes life=homework, very much.
